Promoty is an influencer marketing startup that provides influencer management tools for brands and agencies: influencer CRM, influencer search, and analytics.
Our mission is to help create meaningful long-term collaborations: we believe that the best collaboration posts are born when a brand finds its superfans and builds meaningful relationships with them.
Promoty was founded in 2017 in Tallinn, Estonia β and by now, over 10,000 marketers from all over the world have joined the platform. Now we’re looking for an Account Manager to take even better care of them!
What will you be doing?
β’ Taking care of our customer relationships:
β’ Doing demo calls and onboarding new customers;
β’ Helping our customers with platform questions and issues;
β’ Creating influencer marketing strategies for our customers;
β’ Influencer campaign management for our customers;
β’ Outreaching to new potential customers (B2B sales);
β’ Gathering feedback from marketers;
β’ Working closely with our marketing and product teams;
This is a maternity leave replacement position that has the potential to become a long-term position.

β’Β π social media and influencer marketing;
β’ have previous experience with influencers and project management;
β’ are a people person who enjoys connecting with people;
β’ are independent, adaptive, and a fast learner;
β’ speak very good English;
β’ are located in the EU timezone;
β’ can be available during work hours;
Bonus points for B2B sales and marketing experience.
