What's your cancellation policy?
Flexible. You can cancel anytime at Settings > Subscriptions in Promoty.
However, if you cancel the subscription, you will lose your credits and you won’t be able to use Discovery. In the CRM view, only your first 10 slots will stay available. All the running campaigns will end.
Promoty does not refund the money which has already been paid.
